Pale straw lemon with frothy mousse and lively bead of bubbles. A nose of fresh fruit with yeast, nutty notes and floral scents. On the palate flavors of peach, red berry and citrus flavors with biscuit tones. Good balance, bold acidity, delicate textures, medium finish ending with toasty oak notes and chalky mineral were noted on medium+ finish.

The three varieties are represented, with Pinot making up about half the cuvée. 20% reserve wines.

Well balanced. Hints of lemon citrus, tight bubbles, mineral, and some yeast notes. Pretty straightforward but well crafted.

Paid $25 for a 375 ML bottle at total wine. Too musty for us. For this price there are better offerings.

About $25 for a 375 ML bottle at total wine in Everett. Bubbly! Has a nice dry, crisp taste.
