popping this one to kick off my sons 4th birthday weekend. beautiful menthol + cherry nose. definitely some brambley fruit and green herbal character. will add more notes as it evolves.
update: ultra silky palate, very textured, refined. a lot of sour cherry, thyme, rosemary.
