Rich and savory in the glass, the 2022 Bramìto della Sala slowly opens to show hints of young peach and apricot, crushed rocks and hints of cardamon. This is silky yet lifted in feel with ripe white pit fruits complemented by hints of vanilla bean and lemon custard. The 2022 finishes with admirable length and potency, as a bump of residual acidity maintains a lovely freshness. Bramìto della Sala remains one of the best values in Italian Chardonnay. (Eric Guido, Vinous, October 2023)

This is a very well-made wine, and one of the better chardonnays from Italy in this price range. It’s quality. Golden fruits and balanced acidity.

The 2nd wine of the Italian dinner at the Downs Club. Fruit sourced from Umbria. A modern take on Chardonnay from an old world wine country. Light buttery creamy texture together with almonds, melon and mineral. A well made good value Chardonnay to drink now.

Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits. On the palate apple and pear flavors with lemon citrus curd. Medium finish, good acidity ending with fruit and mineral character.

Wow! Best Italian chard we have had. Coppertone, coconut, green apple, underripe pineapple, lemon, saline, white flowers. Like a really delicious village burg. A complete steal for $14 at Costco.

Amazing palate and flavor. Light and full bodied, but mineral finish. Great find.
