Tonight begins another weekend and we have to start it off right. I have heard so much about the Ruinart Rosé Champagne so I finally had to try it out. 55% Pinot Noir, 45%Chardonnay then there is 20-25% blended from the previous 2 years.
On the nose are loads of intense fresh red berries, ripe strawberries, fresh cherry, pomegranate, mint and rose petal floral notes.
On the palate is fresh effervescence of cherry, fresh strawberry, red currant, blood orange and lime.
This is a medium bodied wine with medium + acidity, clean, well blended and elegantly fresh. A beautiful enjoyable drinking champagne. Let's all have a great weekend and please be safe. Nostrovia! 🍾🍾🍾🍾
