Very interesting wine. Almost drinks more like chenin with honeyed apple and marmalade notes dominating the palate. Definitely benefits from air, which helped focus the flavors and bring out a little more acidity.

Great viscosity, honeysuckle, lemon, lime zest, white & yellow stone fruits, saline, volcanics, limestone, amazing chalk with yellow lilies and spring flowers. Cool stream acidity. Excellent structure, tension and balance of fruit & earth. Persists endlessly.

A bit creamy on the mouth and nose, apricot, a touch of matchstick and leather strap. Fantastic finish of crushed mineral and crisp acid. Lengthy and generous in weight.

Really unique and off the beaten path. Reasonably old white burgundy with tons of unusual fruit and almost grapefruit finish. Still had tons of mineral. Really cool and from a producer I had not heard of before.
