Apr 21st, 2018On a warm summer day I thought I would grab a nice SB. Consistent quality, can't say enough about that. Straw yellow with tropical & citrus aromas and herb scents. On the palate ripe peach and melon flavors, some lime zest and an underlying sweetness, crisp and refreshing with natural acidity. Balanced, medium finish ending with mineral characteristics. Nice.

Bright, lively and fresh on the palate with bright white peach, apricot, lemon, pineapple and more passion fruit. The medium finish is punctuated with a seltzer like minerality.
