My maiden voyage with Coche-Dury Rouge. This was all kinds of pure and fresh with an admirable brawny, ripe and chewy mouthfeel. Ruby red and black cherries, rich soil and substantial tingly length. Balanced through and through. Will only get better. Thank you @Matthew Beckman

Red rage! No so-called great wine has to be a sledge hammer and with #Pinot the subtler the better. This #Pommard from the understated vintage #2007 makes many a supposedly "greater appellation" wine pale by comparison. This wine flat out rocks... who da thunk??? #JFCocheDury #LesVaumuriens

Love this wine. Known for the whites but absolutely knows how to make a great Pinot. This bottle is at its best, still a lot of red fruit but the barnyard is starting to get through. A pommard with quite some weight.
