I really do love this producer. Herby and salty nose, coupled with a medley of fruits ranging from oranges to peaches to mango. So much flavour on the palate, yet mind-bogglingly light. Long aftertaste. That's Grunhaus for you! The balance between sugar and acid is perfect here, which makes it so easy to drink heaps of. A really fresh bottle that would continue to age nicely.

Light gold. Fragrant nose of grapefruit, apricot, honey, orange and river stone. Add some petrol in the mouth plus nice acidity and soft structure. Fruity finish.

An absolutely stunning showing from Grünhaus with this 2015 Auslese. Buy what you can get. Acid, fruit, sugar. Everything is in the right place. Although this will getting much better with time it's already tastes so good.
