Delicious. Dynamic and bright. Like, limestone, white flowers, thrust of fine acidity. A hint of matchstick and a saline and focused finish. Delicious

Tasted blind. Couldn’t tell it had nearly as much as age on it. Amazing wine. Deserves the hype

Lean mean and young. Light for grand for a grand Cru.

Burgundy with the acid level of Mosel Riesling. I'll be thinking about this for a while

#2007 white #Burgundies are pretty wonderful when they are not victimized by the premox problem. Colin-Morey's Bienvenues is as great as #Chardonnay can be... truly a spectacular wine that still has years to go due to its perfect balance between acidity, oak and fruit. So much more approachable than originally predicted. Ordered, not sold, but definitely enjoyed.

Some say this wine was too lean for the vintage but I say for the vineyard it was jusssst riiiiight.

Unfortunately this along with others in the range didn't stand out as spectacular or distinctive which blew my mind because I'm a huuuge fan of the producer.

After a decant this one relaxed it shoulders and loosened up. Laser beam acid and a finish for minutes.
