Bright juicy fruit, wonderful lifted aroma undoubtedly a bit of Eden Valley fruit here and a good choice too. Lovely drinking

I read 15% whole bunch - tastes quite different to the 2013 (my preference). Stalky? Fruit not as prominent, medium bodied.

To celebrate #aussiewinemonth this lovely bottle of 2015 @woodscrampton Shiraz was literally wine-ing to be opened! Made in South Australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί this vino is made up of mostly Shiraz with small amounts of Mataro and Graciano from grapes πŸ‡ sourced from the Barossa and Eden Valley's.

On the eye it's a plummy red. Scents of spice, blackberries and BBQ char jump out of the glass. Whilst in the mouth it's flavoursome yet soft and pillowy with a nice lengthy finish. Totally enjoyable with our Texan Style BBQ Pork Shoulder πŸ–πŸ·

A big thanks to @wineaustralia, @aussiewinemonth & @differentdrop πŸ™

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #gifted #tcweekdaywine

Wow! Full bodied and very drinkable Aussie Shiraz. Includes 5% Mataro. Lots of fruit, pepper, leather and chocolate. Very approachable now but should stay in form for another 5-7 years. Nice bottle for $19.
