Cherries, herbs and flowers on nose. Very persistent finish.

Starts out pretty and floral, but a little one dimensional. With time, layers of earth, mushroom and herbs add complexity; however that comes along with a deepening of the fruit, almost to an overripe, raisiny level. I wish there was more middle ground here.

Delicate and graceful. The fruit looks dark for a young wine, but the flavors are well delineated, bright and layered. My favorite on the night. Wine 5/10.

Lots of brett but supple, round, and hedonistically enjoyable.
