I haven’t had any Cobb wines, but I’m trending that direction. I enjoy my Pinots with higher whole cluster use…where should I start?
@Shay A nice. We use a good amount of whole clutter on good quality years with proper stem lignification. 2019 Diane Cobb Coastlands is a good place to start. 50% whole cluster:
