Very different take on Xinisteri. Rich and very structured. Lots of minerals and good acid. Has more in common with a high end village Burgundy than the bitingly acidic xinisteri more typical of Cyprus. Long finish. Excellent. — 3 years ago
Super unique nose. A little like a fino sherry with almond notes, a little floral, a little subtle stone fruits. Apricot on the palate in a slightly rounder body, soft acidity, and some texture.

A wonderful dry white, at Muse, with Marta and Bob. The sardines from La Brijula were a fabulous compliment to this wine. — 8 months ago
Great. See @Ray Vanderhoff’s review. Perfect description. — 4 months ago

The oak free Aerides is balanced, well structured, light>medium bodied, with aromatic and flavorsome notes of citrus, stone fruits, herbs and gobs of minerality.
Overall, it is savory and satisfying with a long, textured finish, likely driven by its spontaneous fermentation and three to six months sur lie aging. A nifty, under the radar discovery. — 2 months ago
