Perfect pool wine for a hot day! Light bodied with notes of crisp green apple, castelvetrano olives and bright grassy notes just jump out of the crisp, light bodied wine. Super unique nose. A little like a fino sherry with almond notes, a little floral, a little subtle stone fruits. Apricot on the palate in a slightly rounder body, soft acidity, and some texture.

NOSE: light, bright, lemon, seawater…a little asparagus? Green something. The tiniest smidge of passionfruit.
