Tons of tropical flavour. Pineapple and peach. But not enough body. Nice on a hot summer patio, but doesn't hold up against most food except mild, sit cheese. — 4 years ago
From the winery:
“Our Estate produced Teroldego is a rarely grown grape in the U.S. originating from the Northern Italian Tyrolean area of Trentino-Alto Adige. This big and rich inky dark red wine is lively, exhibits fruity intriguing flavors of dark berry, aromatic wood spice with a finish of structured tannins and bright acidity. Vinified and fermented in techniques similar to our Syrah this Teroldego is aged in 25% new American oak. The alcohol content is 14.2%. “ $36.00 I tasted the 2014 and it was a big & rich wine, excellent after cellaring 7 years. — 5 years ago

Relativ simple Kabinett. Sipping this at the Alte Wache in Freiburg. Nice everyday Riesling. Tart, not to acidic apple 🍎 more red than green. Meyer 🍋. Aromatic, dry yet quite fruit driven. Obviously bigger than Mosel Rieslings this is after all BADEN. Not a must have. — 4 years ago

It is a special treat when you are lucky enough to try a 50 year old wine. It drank perfectly with notes of honey and apricot. — 25 days ago
