On the palate this is quite concentrated and structured , orange rind , brioche , roasted almonds , with a oyster shell , chalky finish . Good length , high slightly astringent acidity . Medium light salmon pink . Lightly red fruited , strawberry, raspberry , creamy notes as well, touch of baked bread . Some cranberry and redcurrant hints . On the palate quite rounded and fruited , red currant and cranberry , slight toasty , mineral note on the finish . Quite high , piercing acidity , good extract and length .
