Pretty remarkable. I’ve never been able to try an old one of these before, but I’ve always understood. They aged like champs and this thing was crazy. It tasted and looked like it could’ve been bottled last week. If you have any that have been well stored there’s absolutely no rush. — 9 months ago

Yum. Everything comes to together — 2 months ago
Properly dry with tight, fine bubbles and crisp notes of white peach, ripe grapefruit, and wet stones, with very little baking notes. Color is very light yellow with green hues to the center, and palate is bone dry, with more white peach (underripe), dry lemon, some slight hints of thyme or celery notes, and more grapefruit tartness with a lot of dry, limestone energy vibrating to the finish. — 4 months ago
