Opened up and let it breathe for 1 hour! Served it immediately after the Phelps Insignia 2001. Huge full bodied Cab, with dark black fruit. Tannins were still big but you could really feel the gorgeous fruit and structure of the wine! Very Impressive. Thanks Dr A for giving it to me. Served with 8 people at Il Villagio in Cherry Hill NJ.
