The freshest of their 3 single vineyard Manzanillas. 100% Palomino from the Callejuela vineyard In Sanlúcar de Barrameda, located near the Guadalquivir River and the Atlantic Ocean. Four years of static aging under flor (no younger wine added). Pale gold. Fresh, lively. Seabreeze. — 3 years ago
Killler Manzanilla and great with bellota in Madrid — 8 years ago
Drank my previous bottle too cold. Has briny depth & depth of olive-y goodness. Impressive, & cheap. .375 ml bottle. — 3 months ago
Candied apricot, leather, dates, shoe polish nose, broad, bright palate w a nice acid snap. So it’s rich, 21°, but refreshing.
A wonder of the bodegas.

Unfortified sherry deliciousness. Apple cider/skin, olive brine, saline, almonds. Near perfection. — 5 years ago

Soft, supple, elegant. A little fruity, very elegant. — 6 years ago
This wine is fascinating! This is dry white Palomino that would normally be used to make Sherry. Lacking any primary fruit, I would guess sake if smelling blind. Some slight elegant aroma of wood/spice. This might be the best ringer at a master Somm tasting ever. Absolutely unique. — 9 years ago
