Top Notes For

N:Shy, elegance at the expense of impact. A bit musty, traces of iodine and the sea. Frustrating. Sea shell powder.
P: slightly nutty, a bit flat, no acidity,
I’m hoping this is an off bottle.

Probably the most elegant of their 3 single-vineyard Manzanillas. Sourced from the Pago Macharnudo in Jerez, considered the region’s “grand-cru.” Balanced, mineral.

The freshest of their 3 single vineyard Manzanillas. 100% Palomino from the Callejuela vineyard In Sanlúcar de Barrameda, located near the Guadalquivir River and the Atlantic Ocean. Four years of static aging under flor (no younger wine added). Pale gold. Fresh, lively. Seabreeze.

My favorite of their three single-vineyard Manzanillas, made with Palomino from Pago Añina in Jerez (located further inland, and at higher elevation than their Sanlúcar vineyards Hornillo and Callejuela). 4 years static aging under flor. Darker color and more intense
