A ver nice everyday Pinot to drink. Red fruit, candied apple, and spice notes. A bit of earth on the bud as well as cherry and raspberry. Very well balanced. This one improved after being open an hour. — 2 years ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of dark red fruits, spice and floral notes. On the palate flavors of plum and cherry with pepper and cacao notes. Fine tannins, lively acidity, medium finish ending with fruit , oak and savory spice. Ok value, drink now, no aging benefit! — 2 years ago

The 2021 GSM is a field blend of 70% Garnacha, 15% Syrah and 15% Monastrell from Los Chacayes in the Uco Valley. The grapes were harvested together in one row, and 50% of the wine was aged for six months in French oak barrels, while the remaining 50% went into concrete vats. Garnet-red with a brick-dust sheen. The nose shows strawberry and herb hints with a subtle layer of oak. Juicy and vibrant, the tannins are taut and reactive, creating a tart palate before the lingering, saline finish. This is a distinctively lean, flavorful red wine. (Joaquín Hidalgo, Vinous, September 2023)
