Color of dark bubbly purple, looking dense. Nose of cocoa, currants, spice, sweet vanilla, a bit oak, and a bit plum. Taste of good refined tannins, tobacco leaves, blackberry, vanilla, ripe grapes, oak and cherry, smooth, silky, and mouthful. Aftertaste shows some more zesty note plus a bit metallic note. Pretty good, mellow, and everyone will enjoy her. — 10 days ago

What a beautiful wine, elegant all the way around. It can definitely go for another five years easily. — a month ago

Ooh this wine is smooth and velveteen. The aromas and flavors are well integrated. It’s simply delish. Paired perfectly with a filet mignon.

Sangiovese from the Val d’Orcia hills. Dusty, dried red currants, eucalyptus and mint, licorice and violet, wild strawberries. Aged in Slavonian oaks barrels. Bright acidity and smooth tannins. Paired perfectly with a quick lamb ragu pasta with mint. — 3 days ago
Nose is a bit weak. Fruity with prominent cherry taste. Well balanced and goes down smooth. Finish is reasonable.
Overall nothing wrong with it but just ok. $20 — a day ago

Unlike many California Chardonnay, this one has a bit more character and nuance. It is not a butter/oak bomb like so many. It was well balanced and paired nicely with a variety of dishes. — a month ago
