Tasted at Bangkok Wine Expo; and it is the best red wine in show. Beautiful & lively ruby red color together with mixture aromas of black & red fruits and floral on the nose. Full-bodied with delicious flavors cherry, mulberry, tobacco, and light mint on the palate. Very smooth tannins, nice amount of acidity, and juicy length on the finish. It is the best red wine from Portugal I tasted so far I must import this one to sell in Thailand. Love this wine very very much. — 5 years ago

Very interesting old Zin nose of very ripe red fruits cherries and earth and stones. But kind of fall short on palate that’s more acidic. Medium finish. Went well with food. AA value 9. Two days later in Eto may be even better! Seemed to have opened up more and now there’s lively texture and lift and elegance. Surprising for 32 year old wine. Upping from 8.9 to 9.1. This vineyard revived for early Ravenswood Zin by Peterson. Dickerson died in Thailand sunami. — 4 years ago

Big WOW! I tasted this wine in September 2018 at the event held by the French embassy at Central World in Bangkok, Thailand; the wine did not impress my tounge at all. However, I bought 2 bottles because a friend of mine imported it. Today (Jan 18, 2019), the wine tasted very delucious after 30 minutes of breathing. Very flavorfull of cherry, blackberry, plum, and tobacco together with soft tannins and silky & reasonable length on the finish. The color is intense but bright ruby red color with medium-to-full-weight which is goes well with medium & sexy acidity. Very good value, excellent balanced, and savory wine to pair well with medium spicy Thai dishes. — 5 years ago
