Honestly have no idea how they do it. This is honey at first then ends with a hint of smoke. I like it. #thepairing — 16 days ago
Very good dry white wine. Full body, low acid and fruit. Nice minerality and mouthfeel. Almost European, but feels expensive — 3 months ago
My first “Sylvaner” (someone spelled it wrong here), and man, did it shine across some home made coconut curry! Notes of crisp apple comes bold through the palate, with cinnamon notes hidden in the back, and a nice minerality dancing in the background. The body was surprisingly full, and it coats the palate just right for a meal with little to Bon-noticeable acidity. If you find a Sylvaner, buy it, save it a bit, then drink it. — 6 months ago
Watermelon bathed in cool whip. — 22 days ago
A beautiful blush pink color, not a very pronounced nose, but a lovely tart tang on the palate, but surprisingly dry, with slight floral delicacy, and notes of passionfruit, underripe strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, and light hibiscus flower with a zing that lingers long to the end. Perfect pairing with slightly spicy fish. A beautiful, refreshing wine. — a month ago
Like a gamay. Super flinty. Carbonic laceration. Aromatic red flowers. Very ripe on the nose but ripe on the palate. — 6 months ago
