Absolutely everything you want a cider to be. Leesy, fruity, absolutely wonderful. A joy to break open and crush with a friend when you only have 30m to chill. — 8 years ago

Twig Farm Cider 2013

Very impressive. Pushing French but bone dry. A lovely richness in the nose that is all too challenging to find in American cider. Body. Well done — 9 years ago

Champlain 2013

This is some old-ass cider, and I’m here for it. A hint bretty but very aromatic, dry, light, and flavorful. Could easily take down a few bottles til that 7.4% ABV catches up with you. — 5 years ago

Classic Dry Cider

Goddamnit. The donkey got sucker punched in the face tonight with this dry mix of cider spiders. Aghbughuh. So tasty, I drank 14 of these mofos by accident before tuning to the whiskey cabinet. Where’s uncle Louis? I need a smoke. — 5 years ago

Ticonderoga Farmhouse Cider

I’m not well versed in cider but this is how I like it. Unfiltered with brett on the nose, earthy fruit on the palate, and a long, dry finish. — 8 years ago

Limited Release Collection Craft Cider

Probably the best domestic cider I've had. Mineral, almost tannic crunch. Conjures vivid images of tiny little enamel-stripping cider apples. Great acid, nice lift, evanescent finish that leaves you begging for another sip. — 10 years ago

Cider Spritz

Dry (3G RS). Hints of citrus, notably grapefruit. Almost like a La Croix as being a beverage that hints at a flavor rather than beating you over the head with it. — 7 years ago

Dry Craft Cider 2015

Now we’re talking! Awesome dry cider with enough apple texture and overtones that this is not just one dimensional. A bit more pricey than most ($12 for a 4 pack) but well worth it. — 8 years ago

Lost And Found Craft Cider 2016

Small batch no. 16, “The Raven”. One of their first I’ve had of theirs that has a [mild] acetic profile. As my dad said, “kinda smells like those chips we used to eat.. salt & vinegar!” Super tasty and the quality of the feral fruit shows. Cool, deep fruit comes through on nose. Finish sticks to your gums rather than tongue... tannins. — 8 years ago
