Medium gold in color with tons of white peach, orange and lemon rind, a salty tang not unlike a manzanilla sherry, orange marmalade, apricot, and a tarragon finish with marcona almond notes. So typical of Chablis and of a Preuses from Fèvre. Flinty aromas, sea shells, spices and fresh lime. The palate follows suit with an acidity that is strong, a certain roundess to the palate to balance the acidity, minerality and salinity are very present, so Chablis Grand Cru like, great length and will be even better in a few years. 92-93+
