Complex expression of a Cinque Terre white. Medium gold in color with tons of white peach, orange and lemon rind, a salty tang not unlike a manzanilla sherry, orange marmalade, apricot, and a tarragon finish with marcona almond notes. So typical of Chablis and of a Preuses from Fèvre. Flinty aromas, sea shells, spices and fresh lime. The palate follows suit with an acidity that is strong, a certain roundess to the palate to balance the acidity, minerality and salinity are very present, so Chablis Grand Cru like, great length and will be even better in a few years. 92-93+
Nez typé Chablis avec des coquillages, pierre à fusil, des épices et de la lime. Une bouche sur le même registre, acidité tranchante presque, salin et minéral, mais avec une certaine rondeur qui équilibre le tout, mais tellement Chablis, belle longueur et sera encore meilleur dans quelques années. 92-93+
