A classic table wine blend, smooth, semi-sweet, medium bodied, light enough to pair with seafood and vegetables, while deep enough to pair with light meats. — a year ago
Aged southern Rhône plateauing I think. Garique nose. Red fruits on the palate, a bit stewed. I notice rosebottle, figs and wild strawberries. Medium acidity keeps it al in balance. Tertiary flavours all around: sunburnt dirt, leather, smoke, some tobacco, forest leaves. Medium long finish. Lovely wine. — 3 years ago
Deep ruby color.
Aromas of baked black fruit, vanilla, clove, raspberry.
Dry. Flavors of fresh ripe blackberry, raspberry, vanilla, licorice, clove, cinnamon. Rich velvety tannins.

3.4. Lovely, fresh, smooth tasting with some gentle spice, Lorax wine from Cotes de Rhône. ‘$25 (23 Euro) at Le Petit Chose, Venasque, Provence, France — 2 years ago
Lots of attractive ripe blue and black berry fruit, some mocha, liquorice and lavender aromatics along with a black currant pastel sweetness. I’m the mouth it’s very plush with soft tannin, low acidity, little hot on the finish but some very pleasurable ripe blueberry, plum and dark chocolate, kirsch notes on the finish. Plush stuff! — 4 years ago

Mighty tasty wine. Big fella but has a softness to it. Plums, tobacco and prunes/raisins. — a month ago
