This rich ruby port welcomes you with open aromas of fresh berry compote and soft herbal notes. The palate delights in flavors of ripe cherry and cranberry relish, ending in a salted butterscotch finish. — a year ago
Very tactful build by the Frenchman...he took lighter extracted Syrah and added Mourvèdre, Tannat for acid/structure/tannin & CF for a modest 9mon in oak. Absolutely charming with a meaty angel hair pasta with vodka blush sauce. Tasty with Neapolitan Pizza too. Add a bottle for 20$ in the clearance bin in FR...this one was gifted to me tho. but he is very Pinot-like with the structure of a feminine Syrah/Chamboursin blend. Worth the 20$ if going that way ;) — 5 years ago

Silky smooth, touch of acidity on the back. Just an excellent mouthfeel overall. Balanced as far as sweetness goes — 6 years ago
Amazing deep dark berry intensity with a stunningly long palate and Sauternes style layered complexity. Like nothing I’ve had before. — 6 years ago

Basic as they get for the label. Something about a superstition involving a wish granted for the last drops in the bottle. Color is ruby red with a hint of rusty red. Aroma is a lovely mix of fruits. Berries, cherries and other stone fruits (nectarines, peaches, plums. Flavors are earthy and ripe. Warm. Plenty of grip. This is a nice blend and a great deal for under $5 at grocery outlet bargain market. — 4 days ago
