Powerful, ripe red fruit, sour acidity, and a light grip. — 4 years ago
When it first release for a 2007, it was the First Washington wine to score 100 points. More closely tore to Skull Syrah. — 5 years ago
2021 vintage. Fans of Friulian PG, Pinot Gris, Chenin, Campanian whites, Vermentino, etc. please apply. Medium- to full-bodied with coppery color, suggesting skin contact. Overripe pear, lemon peel, rotten apple, leaves. Village appellated Cretan white. Beautiful package. Very Fall appropriate. Very grounding in a tumultuous time! Love you, Douloufakis! — 2 years ago
SB17 - fun but eggy — 4 years ago
The first nose is barnyard funk and rotten eggs all over the place. Ewww. Then comes green pepper, then comes pepper and other spices, then black currant and red berries. Much more my stuff. The palate is rather demanding. A strong acid backbone, a salty layer, a nice black currant / cherry persistant note, some grip, some tannins too. Long finish with salt, meat juice and red and black fruits on an instable balance. Rather very good and surprising. This is very good stuff considering the price tag (around 12€) — 6 years ago
Citrus, apple, and seashells. Reminiscent of Chablis. Fresh but a bit taut. — 2 years ago
Vibrant. Pear, green apple and violets. It tastes and smells like rich dew on an early Spring morning glistering in the sun. A new dawning! Like it will be for my brother Wim. Couldn’t be a better wine to celebrate him coming out of coma today after a terrible fall fracturing his skull. He responded well to testing the basic functions. Breathing on his own again. Yes a road to discovery has been created. A new dawning. Thank God for his healing touch, for hearing our prayers, for having Wim in his plan. Cheers!!! — 5 years ago

This was much needed as our train was delayed 2&1/2 hours.. the restaurant actually gave it complimentary with one of the most rotten salads ever to be payed for. This wine was good. fruity sweet hint of alcohol. You won’t be surprised your drinking wine — 2 years ago
