54% Merlot and 46% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 18 months in 30% new oak. Blackberry and black cherry fruit, with chocolate, earth, sage, cigar box and a black pepper note. Nicely balanced with grippy tannins. — 2 years ago
Excellent wine to start the new year. Opened up after 30 minutes with a bold expression of dark cherry, balanced acidity and tannins with a long smooth finish. Paired well with roasted pork and sauerkraut. Happy New Year 2024! — 4 months ago
Anaba ‘Turbine White’ 2018: Medium-bodied. Good acidity. Nice balance & structure. Orange blossom & other floral aromas on the nose. Notes of citrus, pear, stone fruit, pineapple & vanilla on the palate. Slight nuttiness/creamy texture on the finish. For me, this was an awesome, all-around flavorful Sonoma Valley white blend which consisted of 30% Viognier, 28% Grenache Blanc, 26% Marsanne & 16% Picpoul. It’s the perfect wine selection to kickoff any dinner event as it pairs perfectly with everything. Great day to all! Cheers🍷 — 2 years ago
