The Land Jerusalem Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2021

This version includes Cabernet, Petit Verdot , cab franc and Shiraz and it was delightful. Warm plum and prune flavors rounded and begging another sip. Nice finish. — 3 months ago

M-Series Jerusalem Hills Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Dark red heading in the direction of turning brick, with a blackish dense center. Lots of wood on the nose at first, but recedes after opening up to blackberries, black licorice, mocha, mint and vanilla. Medium to full bodied, lush and smooth in mouthfeel, with soft tannin and low acidity. Flavors of red currant, cranberry and red licorice. Then there's mocha, mint and vanilla again. It finishes so smoothly and elegantly, with cranberry and cedar. — 9 years ago

Judean Hills Chardonnay 2012

Really yummy Chardonnay reminds me of big lush oaked Cali. Toasty oak apple and honeysuckle and coconut nose. Lots of tropical butterscotch malolactic flavours not clean or polished, cloudy but delicious — 12 years ago

Blind I would have guessed lower rung classified growth BDX, this was impressive, though young, it is good to go - well balanced and flavorful. Mellow integrated tannic structure great length on finish — 4 months ago

Jerusalem Mountain Viognier 2016

I love a good Viognier! The nose is quite lovely but restrained, with peaches and cream, honeysuckle, and sweet straw. Really impressive acid for a Viognier, the spicy notes linger long on the palate. Excellent fun! — 9 years ago

Edom Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2008

17/20 (92/100)

Отличное вино, в котором отдельные сорта слились и сплелись в единое целое, которое не хочется и разбирать, расплетать. Свежее, с хорошей кислотностью, отлично структурированными танинами.

Psâgot Sinai White M Series Gewürztraminer Blend 2021

This wine is a blend of Gewürztraminer, Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The floral and fruity nose is as sweet as could be hoped for, while the palate offers fleshy peach, pear and melon flavors with a nice acidity that begs for food pairing. I had mine with a delicious white pizza, and it was perfect. — 3 years ago
