Mount Edward

Central Otago Pinot Noir 2021

For $49, this is great p/q. Less heavy than Neuendorf, and a touch more complex and balanced than Rockburn for the same money. There is the dark fruited spice of central otago but with a more burgundian acid and tannin profile. Savoury and long. — 7 days ago

The Beloved Prince Edward County Pinot Noir 2018

The 2018 is more ethereal than past vintages particularly in its finish. Raspberry-cranberry are the main flavours with some pomegranate too.

I love this wine.

A light approach full of raspberry. Some tannin suggests this could go a few years. — 2 years ago
