Simons eating at the Bar very smoothe wine great with pasta — 2 months ago
Golden coloration. On the nose, lemon, brioche, minerals. On the palate, nice creamy texture, fuller body, a touch of earthiness, but primarily long lasting citrus and lemon notes with minerality on the palate that finishes strong with those 3 notes ending with a crush of a acidity. — 5 months ago
Fantastic vintage! — 15 days ago
delicious: butterscotch - really sexy, orchard fruit juxtaposed w/salinity & minerals - full bodied, voluptuous, cellar temp was downright silky leading to long resonant finish. I've had this many times and they were always older & oxidized - would argue these are better younger — 2 months ago

This is a serious wine - understated, tannic, alot going on. Agree w other reviewers that this vintage may be a bit young to crack open - didn't feel fully integrated yet. — 2 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2021 Uvaggio pours a deep ruby color with a transparent core; medium+ viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with charming notes of Morello cherry, red flowers, Alpine herbs, a kiss of warm spices and inorganic minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Another very attractive vintage of Uvaggio. Great with lamb shank and polenta. Drink now through 2036. — a day ago
