@Severn Goodwin @Ron R Delectable is badly under funded. This dictates most of their choices which, is mainly to do the minimum to keep the platform running even if it means it doesn’t run right or all the time. Someone with real capital, access to sell & ship well priced wines & a good IT staff needs to buy it. I think when AG purchased it, he hoped it would drive his subscription business. I believe Delectable was/is only a vehicle to that end. It remains an afterthought and its users will continue to be frustrated until someone with money, the right vision and determination operates it.
