2023. Weird weather night (tornadoes and hail south of us, winter storms north), so we decided to stay in and just see what we had available. Ended up with a couple nice cheese and meat plates. This Pet Nat had been in the beer fridge since the holidays, and its waiting time was over. Aggressive and persistent bubbles that worked so well with the rich cheese and salty meats and olives. 2022. More complex aromas and flavors than most pet-nat that I’ve had. Pulled out of the beer fridge because I wanted an Averna Spritz before dinner. ~200 mL of Sparkling Wine for two spritzes means there was enough left to enjoy on its own. — 2 years ago
