Pure strawberries with a touch of raspberry fruit and raspberry leaves. Like a strawberry granita with mint. Zippy acid with a hint of herbal/bitter tannins on the finish. Pure pure fruit with a mineral core. Amazingly clean for a pet nat. Medium-coarse bubbles. Very enjoyable and refreshing.
