Topo Chico

Strawberry Guava Hard Seltzer

Somehow the taste of strawberry plus guava equals a raspberry vibe on the tongue. Maybe it’s basic but I’m a Topo Chico fan girl in all it’s forms. — 3 years ago

Mosquita Muerta

Perro Callejero Mendoza Cabernet Franc 2019

A delicious wine. Elegant nose with dark fruit aroma.

Fresh and well balanced, long finish.

A nice accompaniment to spaghetti bolognese.🍝

Yum! My fav varietal.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company

Wanderland Nectarine Ale

Hazy light orange, tiny bubbles, light head on pour. Typical hop-forward nose, in mouth dank hoppy flavors with slight tart nectarine pulp and nectarine stone finish. Not at all sweet so a serious take on fruit ales by the original hops-happy craft brewery out of Chico CA. It will grow on you — 4 years ago

Les Terres Blanches (Céline et Benoit Blet)

Terres de Oltron Brut Ancestral Blanc

Wow, worthy of any comparison to Champagne!! Yeasty, deep, subtle bubbles, slightly saline. Served some to the fam with Aperol and (lime twist) topo chico. Excellent. Chef’s kiss. — 3 years ago

La Sorga

Chuck Gamay

Even without the celeb endorsement La Sorga’s “Chuck” is the best red pet nat ever. Extremely alive, it’s 100% Gamay, carbonated like a Topo Chico. Tiny bubbles and lots and lots of them.

Bone dry, it looks like berries then roundhouse kicks to minty moss and forest growth.
