I’m a fussy one with Pinot. It should not come from Western Australia IMO. Clones or climate, prob both. This from the Mornington Peninsula is everything I want. Lower alcohol, rose petals, violets, no confection, some spices. It went really well with a Chicken Biryani. I’ve always loved their Chardonnay and now I’m late to their Pinot Show but loving this immensely. 2019.

Very strong sake, plum, lychee aroma. Guava and lychee flavor, full bodied the entire time, extremely sweet. Hints of agave in the aftertaste. This has been my favorite wine of the semester but it’s probably just the sugar, sorry Stoler have fun in Hawaii — a month ago

Extremely sweet. Strong taste of honey. I actually really liked it despite its off putting color and strong syrupy taste. — a month ago

First time trying ice wine, and though they pick the grapes before the first frost so not technically ice wine this really impressed it was sweet and had some natural bitters like tannins from apples and pears — 12 days ago
