Full bodied, sweet dried apricot and undertone of very ripe mango and other tropical fruit. The acidity appears after the sweetness, which keeps wine from being cloying. Nice fruit and acid balance, which is probably indicative of the Riesling varietal. Very good example of icewein. Perfect with the Stilton cheese or other blue cheeses I'd wager.

sweet. it is ice wine, so if you like that it is great. good for what it is but i dont like sweet things
