Rancho El Ecuaro Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Acidity from mountain fruit and tannin are a sign of elegance and longevity in a Cabernet from Napa. Luies and Paola are doing a great job with these — 2 months ago

Paolo Bea

San Valentino Sangiovese Blend 2015

Alex deftly decanted by glads with Vinturi Aerator. This rich blend of Sangiovese, Sagrantino and Montepulciano fills the palette. Sour cherries, salty bacon, scraped leather, lasting finish. Paola Bea, a master of Umbrian wine! — 3 years ago

Paola Lanzavecchia

Seta Barbera d'Alba Superiore 2014

Плотное, с умеренной кислотностью, нетанинное, очень приличное. Запах землистый, пыльно-шоколадный. Ровное и спокойное, свежее из-за кислотности. — 4 years ago

Amabile Emilia Lambrusco

When your wife gluggs this, it automatically gets a 10. I’ll take . 4 off just to preserve some wine cred. But really, this is what it’s about: an off dry Lambrusco made by a small producer for about 9$. Clean, blackberry infused fine mousse with a dry aftertaste, even though it’s the Amabile ( sweet) version. Think Ribena, carbonic version. Skol! — 3 years ago

Monastero Suore Cistercensi

Coenobium Ruscum Lazio Bianco Trebbiano Blend 2017

Trappist wine from Lazio (same consulting winemaker as from the Paola Bea family). Golden in color and deeply intense - but very dry on the palate. — 4 years ago
