Bright white with green hints.
Gooseberry, citrus and lemon grass on the nose.
Medium plus acidity.
Flavours of Hakuto (white Japanese peach), white grapefruit peel and fresh herbs with a crisp finish.
Local smoked Sockeye salmon was delicious with this wine.

This is actually a Sauv Blanc. Never had their sakes yet, but their wines tend to be super easy drink. Not overly fruity, usually a bit more savory and earthy.
