Right now this is being identified as the Lenz sparkling rosé but it’s actually their pétillant naturel…the bubbles are gentle, the palate is juicy, the finish minerally…this is utterly as friendly as a warm summer night with a gentle breeze. — 2 months ago

Vintage Sparkling Pinot Blanc (this is not the Reserve, however) from a very good North Fork of Long Island producer. Made in the traditional method. Aromas and flavors of pear, green apple, and white flowers. Hint of citrus and bread on the finish. Delicate and tiny bubbles. Lively acidity. Quite crisp and refreshing. — 2 months ago
