Gravel raspberry and ripe cherry juice. Medium high acid and medium light body some twiggy herb on the finish but overall clean and refreshing while complex and interesting. North fork Long Island grown, Italian variety, the last vintage from there! I read they moved their business to Texas, so wines will start coming from there at some point. Lots of cool song/lyric/literary nods in the names for their wines and if this is any indication, some really cool stuff they make. — 13 days ago
2017 tasted 2020. Bananas and wildflowers on the nose! The scent is almost oily. Malolactic fermentation gives it a silky tannic feel on the top of the mouth. Slight hint of bananas and chalk on the end. A surprising long finish. Very nice. I’m a confirmed Chard hater, but this causes me to reconsider my prejudices. — 7 days ago
Love this Jamesport winery for matts bDay — a month ago
Super impressed with this showing. Dark fruits, grainy tannin, acid keeping it lifted.
Long Island earth on the finish (latex?)

One of the best the North Fork has to offer. We introduced this bottle to our fellow wine enthusiast friends at dinner, loved it! Paired perfectly with charcuterie, and red sauce dishes. Perfect for sipping and conversation.
Macari Vineyard says:
Our 2015 Cabernet Franc is bursting with notes of strawberry, cherry, and fresh herbs. With a lively freshness of red fruits on the palate, this wine is medium bodied, has layers of flavors, and a long, persistent finish. We love this grape! 100% estate fruit from the Macari family farm in Mattituck. — a month ago
