Well rounded mouth feel, smooth, a bit bold. Even with all this, still had good minerality at the end making it a very pleasing sipper; low ish acidity so it wasn't too refreshing, but still a good food wine.
Paired with white asparagus. — 11 days ago
Gorgeous wine with great fruit, acid, minerals for days, and just an overall crowd pleaser. So drinkable and tasty. — 17 days ago
2013. My wife was making miso-glazed salmon with roasted asparagus and I thought this would pair well. It exceeded expectations and gave a different delicious taste with each different bite. Always rich, it was limey, stoney, floral and many other harder to decipher flavors. We both loved it. — a month ago
Very nice and rather smooth Grüner Veltliner. 9 points because I line it, not because it is a typical wine. On the contrary, the wine is not „peppery“ at all and only shows comparably low acidity. 14 % alcohol are also rather uncommon and perhaps the reason I really enjoyed drinking the 2020 vintage. — 2 days ago

Love this wine. Nose is a bit reduced and sulfury but that will blow off as I’ve had this bottle before. So JD on the nose for now. Palate is so bright and elegant with pitch perfect fruit and density. So clean and mineral. Wonderful minerality, brightness, texture and length. So compact. Super mineral and not at all like Austrian GV. Such nice acids and freshness. This is terrific. Almost tannic on the finish but in a white wine kind of way. Long. I’ll be back for the nose.
On day 2 the nose is so good. Candied lemons, white pepper, vegetables, just sick. Palate is focused, rich, clean and mineral. Salty and long 9.2 to 9.3 overnight. — 2 days ago
Precise but generous. Stood up to charcuterie — 13 days ago
