Very nice! My first wine from Corsica France β 7 years ago
Albore Vermentinu Patrimonio ( Corsica) by Nicolas Mariotti Bindi. No vintage mentioned. Lovely fresh white, with a gorgeous salty finish. The wines from this lovely small producer are hard to find but well worth the search. Very low sulfites (< 15 mg/l). Abv. 13%. β a year ago

Lots of depth here with florals on top, vanilla whipped cream at the bottom, lemon bars in the middle. Walks up to the chardonnay line but stops before developing The Butter π§. This is a big white wine ππ β 9 months ago
