I love this absolutely smashing wine. Elegant, balanced and wonderfully harmonious. Melon, baked apple, pineapple with lemon drizzle cake. Buttery hazelnuts, toast and caramelised banana.

Tasted this beauty of an age released Pinot gris over looking the Marlborough Sounds from a buddies batch, sitting next to two gorgeous French girls and a meat, cheese, and olive platter fit for a Prince. Dunno if this skewed my vote but it could be the best P.G. ever produced. ^^ — 9 years ago
Continuing my love affair with New Zealand Chardonnays even if only a glass with 6 Pacific Oysters fresh from Port Douglas at lunch today. Pale Lemon in colour Leesy Lemon Citrus aromas with traces of vanilla oak. More fulsome on the palate than the nose would indicate. Very Good. At Gerard’s Bistro Brisbane. — 6 years ago
Lovely Pinot, showing tension and restraint. Delicate red berry fruits, as well as some savoury elements and a hint of oak sweetness. elegant tannin structure and balanced acidity that really holds the wine together. Excellent wine which will undoubtedly improve with age. — 7 years ago
Nice blackberry aromas, fairly oxidative and a touch of VA. Seems like a longer period between topping and it has added a nice micro oxidation to softens the tannins so... — 9 years ago
