Beautiful smooth and full bodied Shiraz. This gem is a small batch vino with class and elegance. Notes of raspberry and cherry join with hints of white pepper and the soft tannins make this drop very quaffable indeed. — 5 years ago

Real great! Especially when chilled.
Super easy drinking, makes a great breakfast wine.
Also pairs well with pizza. — 5 years ago
Like it says on the tin. Didn’t quite make a generation’s cellaring, though. Effortlessly elegant. — 5 years ago
Holy crap this is some moreish riesling! Rosewater and brown lime cordial nose leading to a soft, broad palate of citrus, florals, minerality and a gentle acid zing to clean up the finish. Yum! — 6 years ago
Lighter in colour than I expected. Very fruity initial hit. Very pleasant and easy to drink. — 3 years ago
Cranberry + minerals; opens up after oxidization; not super fruity — 5 years ago

See previous note from June 2019. Red florals, spice (cinnamon and nutmeg) and a little pepper. More Syrah than Shiraz if you know what I mean. The medium +bodied palate showing red and blue fruits with savoury spices. Clonakilla is very much more known for their stellar Shiraz/Viognier ( the best Cuvée of that blend in Australia). However this 100% Syrah is a wonderful expression. I’m considering the current release. Next bottle in a few years. — 5 months ago
