Clements Hills Petite Sirah 2016

Best petite sirah I’ve had. Very aromatic with a bunch of herbs (sage), plums, dark berry jam, excellent acidity, there’s a lightness to it that’s great. Maybe stone fruit. Menthol? Much lighter in style than typical. Highly recommend. — 2 years ago

Tides Voyage 28 New England IPA (DDH)

Tides Voyage 28 by Naukabout Beer Co. is a New England IPA (DDH). Superb. Juicy but with excellent balance. It's only appropriate that this Cape Cod brewery makes a superb NE style beer. — 5 years ago

Shake Ridge Ranch Petite Sirah 2019

This was interesting in a great way. It was like a tropical fruit cup with herbs and some forest thrown in. Maybe my favorite from this winery so far. Shake ridge ranch continues to blow my mind with anazing wines from multiple different producers. — 2 years ago

California Petite Sirah 2018

Super light for a petit sirah, has jamminess/fruitiness that goes down smooth, with just the slightest tannins. Native yeast and minimal sulfur - started chilled and continued through the night, excellent wine to pair with anything. Would buy again! Purchased from Flatiron. — 4 years ago

Grist Vineyard Petite Sirah 2018

Dark jam with vegetable component almost parsley, I like this but it is pretty unique. I also get yellow curry. Overall there’s still a bunch of different berry jam flavors with this underlying tannin structure that brings some unique flavors. Interesting… — 2 years ago

Clement Hills Whole Cluster Pressed Rosé of Petite Sirah 2017

Greg Ballington
9.0

Inaugural vintage of a brand new winery by Scott Kirkpatrick and Allison Watkins.
Paired well with the spicy breaded tilapia. Light peachy pink. Lovely and crisp nose with notes of strawberries, white flowers and melon. Medium acidity (6.5/10) and light plus bodied. Similar notes on the palate well being very vibrant and elegant. Notes of strawberries, melon, cantaloupe, roses and minerality. Long and lingering finish that makes your mouth water. Drink till 2022.

Made up of 100% Petite Sirah which is whole cluster pressed, fermented in 100% neutral oak and aged for five months in neutral oak. Only 12.8% alcohol.

$ - Sample provided by the winery. Was just released for $22.00 a bottle.
