Anyone who thinks Bojo does not age never tasted this wine. Beautiful aromas of dried black cherry, cranberry and smoke. My palate was assaulted with flavors of black & red cherries, cinnamon, spice and minerals. Plenty of acid despite the warm year. So obvious it was made by a Burgundy producer. Trying the Mas de Daumas Gassac lineup. Aside from their flagship Languedoc red this might be my fav. It’s rose sparkling with incredibly bright strawberry notes and deep acidity. Light lees flavour. The hefty body and full mousse really make it stand out. Wow. — 4 months ago
