Wow. This is still very youthful by most standards. Berry pie, mild oak, floral, herbal note. Silky smooth tannin leads the way to rich dark fruit and spice/cracked pepper. Good lengthy finish too. Still bright and brooding at 10 years old. Better than anticipated. — 19 days ago
I enjoyed this. There was caramel on the initial taste. The Louis Latour Pinot was liked by all a little more. — 11 days ago
Stewed plums but with an astringency and tannic punch that actually makes this quite satisfying and interesting. The food pairing options here are endless. While I picked this up after tasting it at a tasting station at the liquor store, I think I'll look for this again in the future. Dark and majestic! — 12 days ago
Super Tuscan Blend (85 Sangiovese, 10 Cab Sauv And 5 Merlot). Ripe tart cherry and cranberry aromas and flavors. Hints of purple flowers. Finish is dominated with notes of chocolate. Earthy with nicely balanced acidity. Excellent food wine and outstanding QPR! — 12 days ago
