On the nose: dark currants, stewed plums, boiled meat, herbaceous, pencil lead, eucalyptus, and mocha. The 2020 Cotes du Crow’s is a Grenache/Syrah-based blend with touches of Mourvèdre and Tempranillo that add complexity. Red cherry, tobacco and dried herb hints open nicely.
